Visioning & Managing Change

The present is a time of upheaval and change in organizations particularly in the 90’s wherein industries become more and more competitive. Companies are challenging the ways they do business. They need to innovate, adapt, shift and transform themselves. Visioning includes the process of clarifying values, focusing mission and stretching to a preferred vision. These key elements form the essence around which individuals, teams and organization plot their course.

A three-day workshop wherein the participants will have the opportunity to clarify individual values in the context of work, revisit the mission of the group and organization and create a compelling vision statement for the work group. Participants will look at ways to communicate and implement strategies for reaching this goal. Understand change and how to deal with its resistances. This workshop is about what it takes to clarify and sustain visions as a force for high performance.
