Strategic Planning Workshop

Planning is a basic function of management. It is so essential … according to Peter F. Drucker, “… no manager is fully discharging his responsibilities when strategic planning is neglected.” The approach to strategic planning, however, is varied but can be classified as either method or scientific/formal method. Without either, an organization will do business drifting and sailing about.

A two-day seminar designed to present to the participants the scientific or formal strategic planning approach. It is a group workshop-based program that will delve on the need for strategic corporate planning, using the organization’s existing vision and mission statements, strategy formulation, strategy and assessment of the company’s performances, data analysis and assessment of current situation and the conceptual work for forward planning and objective setting.
