A manager or a supervisor does not necessarily mean a LEADER. Managers and supervisors are titles and designations whereas; Leadership is the ability to influence others to act or achieve and end. Although it is presumed that a manager is also a leader, but the trust and respect accorded a leader is something that is earned that it is compelled.
The seminar/workshop on “Leadership Excellence Course” is a two-day training program designed to present to the participants the need for personal mastery and the need to cultivate and further develop their capability in leading others.
The seminar is a two-part program that will first build on the ability of an individual to lead him bringing leadership back to its source for greater personal effectiveness and efficiency. The second part will delve on interpersonal leadership skills that will tackle subject matters on effective followership; situational leadership; team development; and the overall employee performance management, among others.
