Gigi Resurreccion is an Associate Partner of the Mentor Group and heads the Sales and Marketing Division. She is a business development consultant and an information technology practitioner. She has proven track record in implementing productivity-enhancement systems; strong practical and theoretical foundation in sales and marketing methods; and in customer service management systems. She is one of the most requested consultants by SGV, as a specialist in Customer Service Excellence training and Corporate Imaging.
Gigi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession; a consistent university scholar receiving academic excellence and most outstanding scholar awards from COCOFED and USC; holds a BSBA degree major in Accounting graduating Cum Laude from the University of the East; and continuing her Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. Gigi has held positions as Country & General Manager for Apple Computer Phils., Inc.; Director for Marketing and Technical Operations including the Technical Writing Group of an international software company; Business Development Manager for Integrative Learning International Phils., a division of Andersen Consulting. She started her marketing career with Tennessee Associates, a Quality Management consulting company based in the United States affiliated with the John Clements Consultants Group of Companies. She started her career with the banking industry and later moved to an airline company
Gigi has consulted with companies here and abroad particularly disseminating total quality management technology in the Asia Pacific Region developing the market in Singapore and Hong Kong and conducting pre-post account management services in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Her expertise and experience brings her to consult with companies on business development, business writing, sales and marketing management.
