He recently collaborated as a motivational leadership speaker and hi-impact team facilitator with the Philippine Australian Human Resource & Organizational Development Facility conducting Australian Aid training grants for government executive leadership capabilities building seminars.

As a member of the Society of Philippine Accredited Consultants, Inc. and Founding Member of the International Membership of Professional Advisors, Coaches and Trainers he has keynoted in corporate sales rallies, conventions and conferences on various topics such as Leadership, Team Work, Top Performance, Work-Life Balance and many more. For over a decade now, various corporations have consulted him on how to build an Excellent Team and he has been successful in introducing change management and future culture building concepts.
He joined different industries in the corporate world in 1982 as a Human Resource & Organizational Development training specialist and achieved his senior consultant status in 1996. Eric is a behavior-based corporate trainer whose intensive research in Filipino-based belief modification has made his training courses achieves measurable performance increase in the workplace. As a Social Entrepreneur, his training and consulting work extends beyond the borders of the corporate world and into the Local Government Units, Education, Foundations, NGOs, Associations, Fellows of the Religious sector and much more.
