A two-day learner-controlled training workshop on Coaching and Mentoring designed to provide the participants with the skills and the techniques in managing performances of their people that will focus on performance and individual relationship. It will allow the participants to evaluate the value of mentoring as a business strategy for their organization and how to launch or enhance a formal mentoring process.
