The Account Management Course is a series of workshops designed to develop the skills of the participants in establishing rapport with the sophisticated buyer, understanding their needs and delivering the product or the service that will best fit these needs. The workshop will discuss the attitudinal as well as the skills essential in increasing their productivity and improving the quality of their sales process.
